The Adviser Services function within M&G Wealth Advice provides support for our Partners who are Appointed Representatives (ARs) of M&G Wealth Advice Limited. The role is varied and flexibility is key to success. We are looking to recruit Adviser Services Consultants who are motivated and able to build rapport with our Partners and support them and their businesses. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience of working in financial services is preferred but not essential. The successful candidate will be offered the opportunity for hybrid working with an expectation to attend our Stirling or Edinburgh office too.
Key Work Level Accountabilities:- Accountable for delivering a quality service to advisers and stakeholders
- Focuses on quality of delivery to achieve clear outputs within guidelines
- Follows the organisation's processes and systems to achieve results
- Adapts to change, responds with initiative and makes suggestions for improvements to own work and processes
- Takes ownership for their workload, uses their initiative and is proactive in solving problems
- To work collaboratively with colleagues and take personal accountability to respond to adviser enquiries
- Excellent communicator at all levels with a strong desire to build and maintain relationships
- Experience in dealing with advisers
