Highways Inspector

On behalf of a leading integrated highways service provider, we are looking to recruiting for a Highway Inspector. Responsibilities: * Conduct regular driven inspections of road signs and street furniture across designated areas in London. * Identify and document any missing street signs and record any damage, vandalism, or deterioration. * Assess the need for repairs, replacements, or upgrades to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. * Maintain accurate records and reports of inspection findings. * Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and prioritize repairs. * Monitor and report on the progress of repair works. * Liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders to address specific issues About you: Alongside a willingness to join the team and get stuck in, the successful Highways Inspector will need to embody the company’s core values of cooperation and partnership. Furthermore, you should have: * Clean UK Drivers license * Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify signs of damage or wear. * Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills. * Proficient in using technology for data entry and reporting. * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
