Pre-construction Team Administrator Paddock Wood - flexible 1 day WFH - however some weeks you will be required in the office 5 days if there are tight deadlines. £30-£34,000 + bonus

Team PA / Team Administrator to provide 1st class admin and project support to a team of 8 including the Pre Construction Director who takes priority. You will have experience of and enjoy managing lots of data, prioritising tasks, uploading key information to online portals, extracting data and providing project updates to the team.
Team PA / Team Administrator / Construction Administrator / Site Administrator tasks will include:
- Pre-Construction Admin
- Create Enquiries on a variety of online portals - full training given - Deltek, ViewPoint and Sterlig SaaS
- Update and add relevant data including: Key dates, financials; add/update key contacts/addresses ensuring accuracy
- Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Creating reports in Excel using data extracted from online portals
- Multiple Outlook Diary Management
- Internal meetings, travel, site visits, client and supplier meetings
- Accessing, downloading/uploading information to the Tender management portals
- Document Control including:
- Checking and updating tender documentation
- Printing documentation for meetings - both on and offsite
- Tender enquiries:
- Updating database; chasing and tracking supply chain progress
- Tender launch/mid tender meetings - note taking and updating portals and documentation
- Accessing, downloading/uploading information to the Tender management portals
- Commercial:
- Take a proactive approach to reducing costs and increasing efficiencies
- Additional:
- Disk Management
- Estimating backups
- Issue trade and material packages for pricing
