The predicted salary is between 31000 - 43400 £ per year.

As Senior CDP you will be responsible for the efficient running of a section within the kitchen on a day-to-day basis. It will be your main responsibility to lead service and maintain the high standards set by the Executive Chef. You will also need to maintain high levels of cleanliness in the kitchen and run the pass during service.

The Senior CDP will:

  • Complete service to a high standard
  • Maintain high quality of food offering
  • Abide by all EHO requirements
  • Ensure the smooth running of the daily operations in the kitchen
  • Ensure hygiene and health and safety regulations are met or exceeded in your kitchen
  • Make orders of supplies and ingredients

Skills & Experience:

  • At least 3 years experience working in a busy kitchen
  • Creativity, flair and passion for your craft with a great eye for detail
  • A desire to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
  • Excellent communicator with great organisational skills
  • Friendly demeanour and genuine pleasure in supporting your colleagues
