This is not your every-day HR Operations role. The People Experience Advisor will be an integral member of our modern approach People & Culture team, responsible for providing proactive support to achieve our growth goals and ambitious firm development. So it’s going to take someone who is a little bit different.
You will provide expert support and guidance across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to professional development and employee relations. Your focus will be on promoting our organisational values, ensuring that all staff feel supported, engaged, and recognised. This role is integral in driving projects & initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of Slater Heelis.
Slater Heelis is a leading full-service law firm with a rich history of providing exceptional legal services to clients across the UK, but we do things a bit differently. So we’ve said we want someone different, what do we hope you’ll bring to the role? You will have experience in delivering human-centred people programs/initiatives - building creative solutions from idea to reality. You’re comfortable in the grey, demonstrating agility in a scaling, high-growth environment and have project management and change management experience. You have a good working knowledge of UK employment law, be a natural problem solver. You’re also resilient, humble and highly organised.
This role involves delivering high-quality service and commercial support to the Partners, Practice Groups, and employees on various People matters. The position aims to enhance the People team's positive reputation internally and externally, ensuring excellence and quality standards are consistently met.
