Our client, a high profile International Food Group who have exciting expansion plans, has engaged QLM Search to recruit a Strategy Manager. Reporting to the President - Global Strategy you will fulfil a unique position in the group, focusing on key strategic projects and M&A ventures. This newly created role will play a critical role in the business executing its exciting growth agenda.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with the senior leadership team to develop, enhance and communicate company strategy across international markets;
- Supporting regional management teams to implement key changes and support decision making, and leading change and transformation processes that impact performance;
- Using analytical and planning skills to provide insight into key trends, opportunities and threats to deliver the strategic plan;
- Building stakeholder relationships across all functions and influencing behaviour through clear analysis and presentation.
To apply, you must have a proven record in a strategic role in EMEA or Asia Pacific regions, with a complex international group. You will have led the development and implementation of company strategy across complex, matrix structured businesses in established and emerging markets. Likely to have experience in management consulting as well as a corporate environment, you will be able to combine strategic thinking and analysis with a hands-on approach in delivering change operationally. Strong leadership and presentation skills and the ability to travel internationally is essential.
