About the Role:

We’re looking for a Night Shift Senior Foreman to support the delivery of infrastructure works on site. You’ll lead site activities during night shifts, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and to a high standard of quality. Reporting to the Works Superintendent, you’ll be a key part of the site leadership team and work closely with supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate site works during night shifts
  • Manage labour, plant, and materials to meet the project schedule
  • Lead and support site teams, including subcontractors
  • Ensure work is completed to the required quality and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate daily records and reports
  • Carry out site inspections and ensure permits, briefings, and safety documents are up to date
  • Support engineering teams with method statements and work planning

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

  • Experience as a General Foreman in construction
  • Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete structures
  • Understanding of construction methods and health & safety best practice
  • Good computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel, email)
  • CSCS card and SMSTS
  • NVQ Level 4 in Construction Site Supervision

Desirable:

  • Experience on nuclear projects
  • NVQ Level 6
  • Confined Space training
  • CAT & Genny, Temporary Works Supervisor, Lift Supervisor tickets
