Are you a Commercial Manager looking to work for a leading company within the renewables and power generation sector where you will be responsible for the provision of commercial support primarily to the sales team with a secondary responsibility to the projects and maintenance teams, while ensuring Company objectives are achieved. Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to CEO
  • Support the Sales and Proposals teams on all enquiries with a focus and drive for a successful outcome.
  • To review and present all contractual risks to the Associate Commercial Director, CEO and Commercial Committee before any new contracts are entered into.
  • Ensure all contract documents are accurately presented, authorised, distributed and ensure compliance with current legal legislation and processes of the company and the customer.
  • Support the accounts team to action and resolve any invoicing issues in a timely manner.
Background Required:
  • Experience working with NEC, MF1, Fidic, IChemE and JCT type contracts
  • Engineering background Electrical, Mechanical or relevant qualifications required (HNC, NVQ etc)
  • Civil or structural engineering
  • Construction management
  • Business or contract management
  • Building studies
  • Senior Quantity Surveyor
