The role:

As the Head of Sales you will…

• Manage, mentor and develop a team of 5+ managers, setting clear individual and team targets, conducting regular 1:1\’s, pipeline reviews and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive GP growth, ensuring a consistent healthy pipeline through accurate forecasting
• Managing P&L to drive strategic decision-making, optimise financial performance, and ensure sustainable business growth
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, with a huge focus on client experience, hosting high-end dining experiences, face-to-face meetings and attending networking events

About you:

• 5+ years sales/account management experience in the IT Managed Services space, selling into Construction, Legal, Finance, Insurance, Healthcare, Retail or Public Sector
• A hungry and driven self-starter with an entrepreneurial mind-set
• Experience of managing managers is essential
• Experience selling Microsoft or Cisco services is essential

The package:

• £125k base + uncapped commission + accelerators (OTE £400,000)
• HYBRID – 2/3 days in the office in Central London
