The Role: As Financial Analyst, you'll take ownership of delivering meaningful data analysis, financial modelling, and business insights to support decision-making across the company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce detailed financial and commercial analysis to support business strategy
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
  • Perform variance analysis and KPI reporting across departments and product lines
  • Build and maintain financial models and dashboards
  • Partner with non-finance teams to provide financial insight and challenge assumptions
  • Support month-end and year-end processes with relevant data and analysis

The Ideal Candidate:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part or fully qualified (or QBE with relevant experience)
  • Background in a similar financial analysis or commercial finance role

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualisation tools is advantageous
  • Commercially aware with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communicator, able to present data clearly to a non-financial audience
  • Proactive, curious, and confident working independently
