Are you a pro-active self-motivated individual with great admin skills, top customer service and knowledge of Excel? Our client based in Uxbridge are seeking a Service Desk Administrator to join their busy Service Team to:
- Provide high level customer service
- Answer inbound calls received on the service line giving customers a great customer service
- Action voicemails left on the answer machine
- Respond to emails received in the Service Inbox from external and internal customers
- Create quotes for breakdowns and services
- Close service reports
- Manage account queries sent to Service
- Create and manage Return to Fits when parts are needed to fix machines and a return to site is required
- Process worksheets that have been submitted manually
- Manage stock adjustments
- Log calls for engineer attendance
- Create contracts for service agreements
- Create and manage orders for cleaning products and spare parts
- Support colleagues and engage pro-actively with all areas of the business
