What we are looking for:
As a leader, we want you to bring energy and enthusiasm along with confidence and professionalism and be able to communicate this with the team and clients with a genuine desire to support and develop your fellow vets. You will be part of our bigger group of 5 practices consisting of 35 FTE Vets with multiple certificate holders providing the opportunity for clinical progression and to see your cases through from start to finish.

Please note that this is a full-time position suitable for someone who prides themselves on providing great leadership & coaching to their own teams coupled with a consistently high level of service to their clients. This role will provide you with ample opportunity for progression and fulfilment, with comprehensive clinical management training also available. You would be far from alone, with support from an excellent practice team, senior clinical director, regional director and a large friendly network within the company.
