Job Title: Street Cleansing Operative – WE ARE LOOKING FOR DRIVERS AND NON DRIVERS Location: Hounslow Pay Rate: £12.15 per hour (Non-Driver) – Will increase after 13 weeks £12.15 per hour (Driver) – Will increase after 13 weeksWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Job Description: We are looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Street Cleansing Operatives in Hounslow. You will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness of public spaces, ensuring streets, pavements, and communal areas are litter-free and well-maintained. Key Responsibilities: Sweeping streets and pavements to remove litter and debris. Emptying bins and disposing of waste responsibly. Reporting hazards, graffiti, and fly-tipping to the relevant authorities. Maintaining cleanliness in public areas, including parks and open spaces. Adhering to all health and safety regulations. (For Drivers) Safely operating and maintaining cleansing vehicles.Requirements: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physically fit and capable of manual work. Punctual, reliable, and able to manage time effectively. Awareness of health and safety procedures. (For Drivers) A valid UK driving licence.Benefits: Competitive hourly pay.
