A leading organisation is looking for a Business Manager to head up their Northern Ireland division, driving performance, client relationships, and team development.
Must have experience as a Recruitment Business Manager within a healthcare setting and have experience with temps.
The Role: You’ll take full operational and commercial ownership of a fast-growing regional division, managing everything from recruitment strategy to P&L.
