Power BI Developer (HR Systems) My client is seeking a Power BI Developer focusing on HR Systems to join the firm in a permanent position working 3 days per week in the office. Key Responsibilities * Develop, maintain and automate Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and tell stories with the data. * Utilize DAX and PowerQuery to transform raw data into meaningful visualizations and HR metrics. * Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand data needs and deliver solutions, providing management information and support for key decisions around the employee lifecycle, D&I etc. * Ensure data accuracy and integrity, especially when handling sensitive HR information. * Work with SAP Success Factor and our Data & Analytics team to integrate HR data into Power BI. Skills and experience * Proven experience as a Power BI Developer, with a strong portfolio of HR-related projects. * In-depth knowledge of Power BI, DAX, and PowerQuery. * Experience with SAP Success Factors is highly desirable. * Advanced Excel skills and an excellent knowledge of other Microsoft 365 applications.
