As our Business Development Manager, your mission is to lead the charge in finding new home service companies that need our help—and show them why we’re the best at what we do. You’ll be responsible for developing and owning our outbound strategy, generating new business opportunities, and building a repeatable system that scales. You'll lead a team focused on outreach, relationship building, and closing new accounts—bringing in the right clients, the right way.

What You’ll Do- Lead the outbound sales function for Service Scalers
- Build and manage a high-performing outbound sales team
- Identify ideal customer profiles and build outreach strategies to attract them
- Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation and nurture strategies
- Hit monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities and closed revenue
- Track and optimize outbound efforts with a clear focus on ROI and performance
- 3+ years of experience in business development or outbound sales
- Proven success in developing new business in a marketing agency or digital services environment
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing sales teams
- Familiarity with outbound tools (cold email, LinkedIn, sales automation software)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player who’s ready to scale
- Experience selling to home service businesses (plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRMs
- Experience with SDR/BDR team development and playbook creation
