Our client, a leading UK law firm is seeking a Facilities Assistant to join their friendly, supportive Facilities team on a permanent basis. The role will be working Monday to Friday, 09:30-17:30, paying a competitive salary up to £31,000 depending on experience. Offices based near City Thameslink.
This role will assist with general office duties such as reprographics, archiving and general post, as well as day-to-day maintenance checks, minor repairs and contributing to the effective operation of the firm.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility and willingness to take on additional tasks
- The ability to work well within a team, as well as under own initiative as required
