Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant in Durham will include: Produce vacancy and booking profiles alongside well written adverts to attract the best talent New Business Development and Client growth Outbound sales calls Sourcing applicants, matching to roles available and potential future talent pipeline Working to KPI’s and understanding of your sales pipeline Production, implementation and execution of basic sales plans Understand market share, competitors, opportunities, pipeline contingency, pricing, future actions and control mechanisms to ensure you are achieving budget expectations Continual increase of productivity and sales activity to achieve year on year growth of sales revenue, margins and profit ensuring an exceptional fulfilment rate for client service levels working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant Regular weekly client visits and drops so ideally you will be a driver with access to a car Best practise administration and record keeping Some of the Benefits, Training and Development we offer: Free parking at the serviced offices Salary to 27k basic + uncapped bonus Experienced Branch Manager Dedicated structured support for new starters, including performance and development support, goal setting and advice on navigating your way through your new job Range of flexible and lifestyle benefits Long service and recognition awards Awards for high achievers Ongoing training and development To ensure you have the best experience with us, please let us know if we can make any adjustments to our application or interview process and feel free to note in your application which pronouns you use.
