This role will support critical long-term infrastructure projects within the UK’s power sector, ensuring the continued development and enhancement of vital energy networks. In this position, you will manage projects through all stages, from initial concept design to execution and handover. The Position:- Lead engineering projects valued between £10M and £250M TIC, taking responsibility for timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage and drive projects from concept to execution, ensuring that every milestone is achieved with precision and efficiency.
- Depending on the scope, oversee either a single large-scale project or a dynamic portfolio, ensuring consistency across all initiatives.
- Work as part of a collaborative team, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding project outcomes.
- An Engineering Manager or Principal Engineer with significant experience in EPCM delivery within complex sectors, including Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Nuclear, or Renewable Energy.
- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams and take full ownership of projects, driving them autonomously.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams and guide them to meet project goals.
- Degree or equivalent qualifications in Engineering (BSc, MEng, HNC).
- Extensive experience managing projects valued between £10M and £250M, with a focus on both technical excellence and commercial areas.
