The role:
- Reporting to the Commercialization Manager, the Product Lifecycle Manager ensures timely, on-budget execution of product launches, changes, and delists.
- This role coordinates internal teams, suppliers, and customers to meet expectations, working closely with NPD, Technical, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams, as well as external partners like printers and design houses.
- The role also ensures compliance with soft drink packaging regulations, manages accurate product master data, and oversees artwork creation and approval processes.
- Manage and maintain effective project governance and ensure all product lifecycle projects are tracked and delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver product launches, changes, and delists, supporting projects from concept through to evaluation.
- Monitor key milestones, maintain accurate project data, and provide regular updates and reporting.
- Ensure timely approvals at each project stage and escalate issues that could impact cost or timelines.
- Support continuous improvement of NPD and change processes, and contribute to strong cross-functional collaboration and ways of working.
