We are currently recruiting for the following roles, our client is York based and will give consideration to hybrid working with occasional office visits per month. Salary negotiable. SSAS Client Manager Execution of documents and registrations for Scheme establishment/takeover up to consultant sign off. Ongoing reconciliation of Scheme transactions & Valuations Preparing fund splits via SSAS pro Opening scheme bank accounts Transfers preparation for Consultant Sign off Contributions (limit sign off by consultant) Tax reclaims & Relief at Source Loan work up to consultant sign off. General Scheme Investments either advised or execution only VAT Registration, Returns and De Registration Benefit Calculations up to sign off by consultant. Property Purchase/Sale/Lease – overview signed off by consultant Reconciliation and management of Property rent invoicing Authorising Pension Payments Scheme wind up preparation in readiness for sign off by consultant. SSAS Consultant Provide a consultancy service to a portfolio of existing schemes. Liaising with Member Trustees re: Contributions, Transfers, objectives etc. Those objectives could include bank borrowing, Loanbacks, General Scheme Investments, VAT, Benefit Calculation, Property Purchases, Property Sale and Lease.
