Production Operative in Ivybridge

Join Our Team as a Production Plant Operative!
Manpower is hiring for production staff to work on an ongoing basis with our national client in Ivybridge. If you have a background in production and thrive in a fast-paced and physical environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to a safety-first operation and ensure an incident-free workplace
• .Meet production targets set by leadership at the start of each shift
• Operate processes safely to achieve production goals
• Rotate duties across cylinder filling, maintenance, and inspection activities
• Load and unload cylinder vehicles as needed

What We\’re Looking For:

• A strong attention to detail-accuracy is crucial
• A high level of safety awareness at all times
• Ability to read and follow instructions, as well as take guidance from site leaders
• A team player who can also work independently when required

Shift Pattern:

• Early Shift: 07:00 – 16:00 Monday – Friday
• Back Shift: 12:00 – 21:00 Monday – Friday

Details:

• Temporary ongoing role till December 2026
• Pay: £12.60/hour (standard 42.5 hours) + overtime at 1.5x rate
• Location requires own transport
