The Client:
VWA are working with a successful global, diversified alternative investment firm who are searching for a temp receptionist to join their team for ad hoc covers on an ongoing basis.
The Role:
Receptionist duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting and welcoming clients, providing assistance as required
- Answering and screenign incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Maintaining a clean, polished and professional environment in the office and reception area at all times
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and provide coffees, refreshments as needed
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and clients
- Ad hoc administrative assistance to the wider team as needed
The successful Receptionist will:
- Demonstrate excellent initiative and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Maintain a personable and professional demeanor and act as an ambassador for the company
- Be a collaborative team player, willing to go the extra mile
- Have prior experience working in a FOH or Receptionist role in a corporate environment
- Be available ongoing for ad hoc covers in the long-term
The Details & Benefits:
- Hours are shifted – typically either 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm
