Are you a skilled and experienced Painting Finishing Foreman looking for a challenging and rewarding role? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Painting Finishing Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the close out process for all our projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the QA/QC process on all our projects
- Ensuring the painted plots are snagged and de-snagged by our painters efficiently
- Managing a team of skilled painters and finishers
- Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Maintaining high-quality standards throughout all projects
- Resolving any issues that may arise during the close out process
- Liaising with clients and ensuring efficient handovers of de-snagged plots
- Ensuring plots are handed back according to the specification
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Painting Finishing Foreman
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of painting and finishing techniques
