The predicted salary is between 22736 - 31904 £ per year.
We are currently recruiting for Employment Advisors who will support job seekers on their journey into sustainable employment. You will work with a fluctuating caseload of customers who are referred via the Job Centre. You will conduct initial assessments to identify their personalised barriers to employment and agree a plan of action to break down and address each barrier to ensure they are able to compete in the labour market.
You will meet regularly and review progress, setting stretch targets as needed. You will have extensive experience working with job seekers, which could be within a welfare to work setting, working for DWP, or you could have previous recruitment experience. You will be skilled in setting SMART targets, motivating job seekers, and breaking down their work-related challenges.
You will have excellent communication skills and be experienced in working to performance and job entry targets. Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
