We are seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to join our evolving and growing People team. This role will design, develop and deliver all aspects of employee experience programmes and initiatives to foster a workplace culture aligned with our values and strategic purpose. The success criteria for this role is a highly engaged, cohesive, and informed employee community, motivated to deliver our business strategy.
You’ll design and deliver the employee experience plan, creating and leading programmes in recognition, wellbeing and DE&I, and bringing these to life for our colleagues. As a values-driven organisation, how we embed and articulate our values will be key for this role. You will also listen to our employees through feedback channels and use these insights to create engagement action plans.
We’re looking for candidates with skills and experience including:
- Experience in wellbeing or employee experience role
- Proven track record of developing and delivering successful wellbeing and engagement programmes across the employee lifecycle
- Adept at creating engaging and compelling campaigns
- Creative thinking, proactivity and innovation
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication
- Strong presentation abilities and written communication

This role is based at our York office, but we offer hybrid working at Benenden Health, balancing working from the office and from home. For this role, please expect to work in our York office on average 2/3 days a week.
