SuperCare is excited to be opening our very first SEMH-focused residential children's home called Tudor Court in Ninfield, near Hastings in East Sussex. We're looking to hire experienced mental health support workers (we call them coaches) with level 3 diplomas in children's residential care to join the home and support young people with mental health conditions.
Please note, due to the location we're only able to hire drivers, unless you already live close to Ninfield, as the home is very remote.

In terms of the role, we're looking for people who have experience supporting children or young adults with complex mental health conditions such as PTSD, depression, and suicidal ideation. This role will be very physically and mentally challenging, so please bear that in mind before applying!
