You will be based working on site to support the Managed Service deliver its contractual obligations by carrying out general administrative and will include helpdesk cover, pay queries, timesheet monitoring, inputting shifts and bookings on the system, on-site compliance checking and chasing, maintaining up to date candidate profiles on the database and providing help desk support to candidates and customer service users.
