Well, look no further. We are looking for a Store Manager to join one of our store teams in the Ipswich Area. This is a Designate role to support the Ipswich area and could cover a number of our stores across Ipswich and the surrounding area. Being flexible to travel across stores in this area would be essential for this role.
About the Role
Leading your management team and colleagues in store, you will run your store like it’s your own business - overseeing all aspects of your store's operations from stock to recruitment. You will have the freedom to think for yourself, using your commercial knowledge to maximise sales potential in your store. We do not have office managers at B&M! As a Store Manager, you will be present on the floor, getting stuck in and playing a key part in the successful running of your store. Whether it’s processing deliveries, assisting customers, supporting with floor moves or managing compliance, you will be a hands-on leader! You will work closely with your team, driving them to achieve their best. And you will coach and inspire them to reach their full potential; they could be a manager of the future with your guidance!

What You’ll Need:
It’s essential that applicants have the following:
- Store Management experience within a fast-paced and high turnover Retail environment.
- Experience of managing and developing medium to large sized teams.
- A history of successfully working towards and achieving KPIs.
- Flexibility to work a range of hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Experience within an FMCG or big box setting is ideal, but not essential.
