We are seeking a skilled Service Reporting Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to create actionable reports that drive business decisions. This role focuses on providing critical insights, developing data visualizations, and collaborating across teams to ensure reporting needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present data findings clearly through reports, presentations, and visual aids.

Skills and Experience

• Certifications
  • Required: ITIL V4 Foundation certification.
  • Desirable: Additional ITIL certifications.
• Technical Expertise
  • Proficient in analyzing large datasets and generating insights.
  • Strong attention to detail for ensuring data accuracy in reporting.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and reporting techniques.
