Monarch Healthcare are recruiting for a Clinical Deputy Manager at Autumn Grange Care Home. Autumn Grange Care Home is a purpose built nursing and residential home, providing care and nursing support to older adults and individuals living with dementia. The Care home is based within the residential area of Creswell S80 and is commutable from areas including but not limited to Chesterfield, Worksop and Mansfield.

Position Details:

  • Hours: This is a full-time position comprising of a minimum of 1 nursing shift per week and supernumerary hours, with a share of on call duties.
  • Nursing shift times: 06:45-19:00
  • Location: Linden Road, Creswell, S80
  • CQC Rating: GOOD

As a Deputy Manager your days will be varied, and responsibilities will include but are not limited to, working as part of the Management team to ensure the highest level of care and support is maintained. We will look to you to provide leadership to the staff team, maintaining effective communication with all staff and visiting professionals.

We are looking for a Nurse qualified candidate with strong leadership qualities, experience of identifying and establishing good systems of clinical practice, the ability to oversee and monitor all nursing and treatment areas, and experience working with governance processes.

Required: Driving licence and use of a vehicle
