Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a German Speaker Customer Service Advisor for our manufacturing client in High Wycombe.
Salary: £28,500 - £30,000 (DOE)
Hours: 8am-5pm (37.5 hours a week)
Duties:
- Processing and confirming orders accurately. All orders received by 1 pm UK time must be processed for shipment same day.
- Provide necessary documentation to the Warehouse to allow despatch, including updating orders and creating Commercial Invoices as required.
- To process requests, seek assistance from the Technical Team as appropriate and raise approvals to the Customer Service Team Lead for warranty replacements and returns.
- To create and send quotes to clients.
- Process international documentation as required.
- Ensure customers are provided with accurate and timely information and are always dealt with in an efficient and professional manner. All email enquiries must receive a reply within 24 hours.
- Respond to emails and take telephone calls regarding stock availability, promotions, complaints, and requests.
- Ensure any significant customer issues are brought to the attention of the Customer Service Team Lead.
- Maintain accurate records and undertake processes within the internal systems.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Fluent in English and German in both written and orally.
- The ability to listen to customers and understand their requirements.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Packages, especially Outlook and Word.
