Are you a Senior Quality Inspector interested in progressing into management? Are you interested in joining a company, offering fully funded training courses, overtime at an increased rate, early finish Fridays and much more?
Due to continued growth and the securing of major contracts, my exclusive client is recruiting for a Senior Quality Inspector that they can train and develop into a Test & Inspection Manager. You will be responsible for the testing and inspection of cable assemblies, for a genuine market leader, that supplies into the Aerospace, Automotive, Marine and Medical sectors to name a few. This role would suit a motivated engineer, looking for first class industry training that will see them progress quickly into a senior leadership role.
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in Test & Inspection for a manufacturing / production company
- Must be able to demonstrate leadership capabilities
- Must live a commutable distance from Silverstone
The Role:
- Testing and inspecting bespoke products for the Aerospace, Automotive, Marine and Medical sectors
- Senior inspector being developed into the Test & Inspection Manager
- Working for an 'investors of people' company with an exceptional in house training team
