We are an Expert Fee Collection Agency operating in the Lloyd’s Insurance Market for the last 24 years. We provide a range of broking services including fee and indemnity collections and are looking for an Insurance Technician to join our growing and dynamic team of professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for handling the processing and collection of our client’s invoices
- Market identification, electronic broking via ECF, CLASS & IMR
- Liaising with Underwriters/ Clients to resolve queries
- Preparing and submitting paper file presentations where necessary
- Client meetings and entertaining
- Providing reports, forecasts, and preparation for client meetings
- Proficient use of the Microsoft Office package is essential
- Strong time management skills required
This role will ideally suit an experienced claims professional with knowledge of the London market. The individual must be willing to learn, be self-motivated, able to work on their own initiative and work confidently as part of a team. Full training will be provided and CII studies will be paid for.
