The Change Partners are working with a tier-1 consumer electronics brand with a worldwide presence. You will play a vital role in understanding and driving business decisions using intelligence data and insight.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and develop BI solutions (dashboards, reports, KPIs) to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze financial performance, comparing against KPIs and industry benchmarks.
  • Provide insights to optimize revenue and operational efficiency, working closely with finance teams.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with data-driven analysis.
  • Collaborate on forecasting and financial modelling, improving accuracy and reporting.
  • Enhance self-serve analytics capabilities, training teams on BI tools and best practices.
  • Work with large data sets, conducting deep dives to uncover actionable insights.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, or finance (media/advertising/TV industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
  • Proven ability to work with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (DOMO, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with data modelling, reporting, and database management.
  • Bonus: Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Operative.One or statistical analysis tools.
