About the Role – Our client, a leading global professional services business is seeking a corporate governance/regulatory lawyer to join their team in a fixed-term contract position for 15 months. This lawyer will support the senior leadership team within the legal function with governance and regulatory matters. The successful candidate will also lead the company secretary team.

This role will involve you advising across a broad spectrum of corporate governance issues, including the application of relevant codes of conduct, and also ensuring that the business is kept abreast of regulatory compliance matters.

Required Skills – Our client wishes to hire a lawyer with circa 8-10+ years’ PQE. You are likely to be an experienced corporate lawyer with strong corporate governance experience. Prior experience of the governance requirements applicable to businesses operating in the professional services market would be strongly preferred. You will be available to start a new position in July.
