The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

ROLE PURPOSE You will be responsible for supporting their apprenticeship learners who require a functional skills qualification. You will be organised and methodical with a strong attention to detail working within the stipulated requirements of the ESFA and Ofsted with the learners journey as a focus in all you do. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support a caseload of learners ensuring mandatory progress and achievements in functional skills English and mathematics are completed in a timely manner Drive the quality of education across all areas of responsibility Conduct monthly interventions, where you will monitor progress and set action plans, as and when required Take responsibility for actions associated with the chasing of learners who miss scheduled sessions Create weekly and monthly reports pertaining to ‘at risk’ learners in relation to funding compliance Report non-engaged employers and learners to the Apprenticeship Manager and lead on associated remedial action Continually review processes informed by system and legislative requirements Provide pastoral support and mentorship to those learners in your caseload Maintain a strong link with the wider delivery team to communicate essential information pertaining to individual learners Any other duties as required ROLE REQUIREMENTS Experience of delivering functional skills English and mathematics is essential Familiarisation of functional skills assessment process Prior…
