Head of Sales, Established Spirit Brand, National, Up to £75,000 plus Bonus I am VERY excited to be partnered up with this Spirit brand as they prepare for global domination. This client is a dynamic and fast-growing spirits brand, expanding in both the on-trade (bars, restaurants, hospitality) and off-trade (retail, e-commerce). They are seeking a driven and experienced Head of Sales to help propel our national growth strategy. Company Benefits: Competitive salary with performance-related bonus. Your role as the Head of Sales will include: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our presence with national retail groups, on-trade accounts, and other key partners. Foster and grow relationships with major on-trade and off-trade customers, including wholesalers, retailers, and hospitality groups. Collaborate with agency partners to ensure consistent growth and alignment with brand objectives across all channels. Drive brand visibility and market penetration through innovative sales initiatives and promotional strategies, ensuring our products stand out in a competitive market. Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing direction and support to ensure targets are met. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to shape our sales approach and capitalize on new opportunities. Have you achieved any of the following: Proven experience in a senior sales role within the spirits, beverage, or FMCG sector. Strong relationships and network within the on-trade and off-trade sectors. A track record of successfully growing national accounts and working with large retail groups. Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and inspiring sales teams. Ability to think strategically while also executing on short-term goals. Passion for the spirits industry and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
