Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer with a passion for scientific and analytical instrumentation? As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and technical support of advanced laboratory instruments, initially focusing on laser diffraction and dispersion technology, with the opportunity to expand into X-ray instrumentation after training.

  • Service & Maintenance – Install, repair, and maintain analytical instruments for customers in raw materials and manufacturing industries.
  • Customer Support – Provide hands-on technical assistance and training.
  • Travel & Autonomy – Cover a regional area with 4–5 days of travel per week, typically staying away 2–3 nights per week.
  • Self-Management – Own your schedule, travel, and customer appointments.
  • Team Collaboration – Work closely with a highly experienced team, backed by strong technical and administrative support.

Requirements:

  • HNC / HND or Degree in Engineering, Physics, or Chemistry with Electronics knowledge (a must for X-ray systems).
  • Field Service experience with scientific, analytical, or industrial instrumentation (biomedical alone may not be suitable).
  • Ability to work independently, self-organize, and handle frequent travel.
