Our client, a global sportswear brand, is looking for a detail-oriented and commercially driven Trade Account Marketing Associate to support the execution of the brand’s e-commerce and retail trade marketing strategy across the UK and Europe. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is key in managing product presentation, campaign execution, and performance analysis for both brand-owned and partner e-commerce platforms. You will collaborate across marketing, sales, and CRM teams to ensure seamless delivery of trade marketing initiatives that drive sell-through and brand consistency online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign & Commercial Calendar Management: Support the planning and execution of the trade marketing calendar, including promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and brand activations across e-commerce platforms. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align commercial messaging with key product launches and category priorities.
  • E-Commerce Visual Merchandising: Manage the online product catalogue and website content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, product drops, and marketing narratives. Work closely with the creative and digital teams to ensure strong visual merchandising that supports the consumer journey and enhances conversion.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Track and analyse campaign KPIs, product performance, and category trends to identify sales opportunities and areas for improvement. Conduct UX reviews and site audits to improve layout, functionality, and conversion rate across owned and partner e-commerce platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the CRM team to ensure trade campaigns and product priorities are integrated into newsletters, customer journeys, and lifecycle marketing. Liaise with Sales and Wholesale teams to support online retail partners with customized trade assets and campaign toolkits.
  • Market & Competitor Monitoring: Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to inform merchandising decisions and identify new opportunities for online growth. Contribute to ongoing benchmarking of trade practices across the industry.
  • Content & Product Readiness: Assist with e-commerce product shooting planning and guidelines, ensuring new season launches are fully supported with the required imagery and assets. Support product upload processes, naming conventions, and seasonal updates.

Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or trade marketing, preferably within fashion, footwear, or consumer brands.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce merchandising, online consumer behaviour, and retail calendars.
  • Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, e-com dashboards) to drive performance decisions.
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms, product catalogue management, and content creation workflows.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Location: London

Salary: Excellent market rate based on skills, experience and past performance.
