What You\’ll Be Doing:

• Booking World-Class Talent: Build and nurture relationships with top artists, agents, and promoters across the globe to bring incredible talent to our events.

• Event Planning at its Best: From concept to execution, you\’ll be in charge of creating events that set trends and leave a lasting impression.

• Going Global: Use your knowledge of regional music scenes and cultural trends to ensure our events speak to every audience, no matter where they are.

• Collaborating Across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with marketing, content, and production teams to deliver seamless, high-impact events.

• Budgeting & Contracts: Keep events running smoothly and profitably by managing budgets and overseeing contracts.

• Creating Buzz: Provide valuable industry insights and work closely with marketing teams to create captivating content that drives excitement across all channels.

What We\’re Looking For:

• Proven Experience: You\’ve booked talent and managed events at a global scale – music, entertainment, or live events – and know how to pull it all together.

• Global Vision: You live and breathe the latest music trends and know exactly what resonates in different regions.

• Top Negotiator: You have stellar communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for building lasting relationships with artists, agents, and partners.

• Organisational Pro: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and tight deadlines across time zones.

• Adaptability: You\’re ready to travel and work late or weekends to make events come to life.
