Our clients include WWF, Sport England, the NHS, Network Rail, Nike and more.

Your Role

As an established Account Director you will get stuck into client work from the outset, taking the lead on a varied portfolio of projects, nurturing and supporting a junior team to deliver account management excellence. You’ll thrive if you enjoy a collaborative environment where you can bring together your creative thinking, commercial mindset and high levels of organisation to deliver high quality, meaningful work. The role is multifaceted, with hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of programme and campaign development, from research and strategy planning through to content creation, marketing and impact evaluation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading project teams to deliver creative, insight-led social impact programmes and campaigns, developing impactful content and communications plans
  • Building strong client relationships and managing conversations with senior level stakeholders
  • Acting as a role model for junior team members, motivating them to do their best work and supporting their development (including taking on line management responsibility in due course)
  • Displaying strong commercial awareness, ensuring projects are profitable and delivered to deadlines, whilst maintaining a focus on organic growth
  • Taking an active role in new business, preparing compelling proposals and bringing confidence, expertise and personality to the pitch process
  • Working directly with the Senior Leadership Team to continuously push the agency forward, bringing fresh thinking and enthusiasm

Key Attributes and Experience

The ideal candidate will have strong agency experience, ideally having worked in social impact or have demonstrable passion and interest for tackling social impact issues. We’re looking for people who:

  • Are organised and full of ideas
  • Take initiative, working independently and proactively
  • Contribute to our culture in a fun, positive way
  • Are clear communicators
  • Take a solutions focused approach to challenges
