We have an exciting opportunity for a Creative Artworker (Full-time) to join our team. As a Creative Artworker at Madeup, you will work closely with design and production to prepare production-ready artwork files for in-house and external fabricators to bring our dynamic projects to life.

We pride ourselves on managing every aspect of the brief in-house, ensuring a seamless experience from creative ideation and design to construction, build, and installation. With over 20 years of experience collaborating with some of the world’s most renowned brands, we have successfully executed a range of events from complex scenic construction projects to multi-level technical productions. Our esteemed clientele includes industry leaders such as British Airways, BBC, Google, Netflix, Facebook, Space NK, Apple, YouTube, Amazon, Prada, LVMH, and many more.
You will be:
- Creating and modifying production ready artwork files, including retouching as required, ensuring colour accuracy, resolution, and file formats across large (and small) scale outputs
- Investigating processes and finding solutions for print and production challenges
- Working directly with suppliers to ensure quality assurance and manage print specs
- Creating documentation to assist with on site installs
- Consulting on different print methods, substrates, finishes and solutions
- Arranging pre-production samples to ensure consistency across different print methods, materials and finishes
- Adapting client files for production
- Organised, attentive and happy to work independently
- Able to work quickly and efficiently and meet deadlines
- Comfortable presenting work to internal and external stakeholders and clients
- Methodical and meticulous with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated, proactive and organised
- Assisting the design team, project managers and social team with mock-ups and graphic support as needed
You must have:
- Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality in every endeavour
- Experience in experiential design, events, large format print, branding, signage or similar
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking
- The ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Excellent team player attitude
- Knowledge of 3D software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a plus
