Fund Finance Associate - 2+ PQE

Our Client

Our client, a top-ranked law firm, is looking to hire an Associate to join its Fund Finance team in London. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a smaller, specialist team within a well-established finance practice, with a strong culture of collaboration, progression, and client trust.

The Role

You will focus on a broad range of fund finance transactions, acting for both lenders and sophisticated asset manager borrowers. The role includes working on subscription facilities, NAV and hybrid financings, GP support lines, co-investment and management fee facilities. The position also allows for involvement in other areas of finance such as leveraged, infrastructure, and specialty finance.

You will work closely with partners recognised as leaders in the fund finance space, and collaborate with colleagues across the firm’s wider asset management and secondaries platform.

Requirements

• You will be a qualified solicitor in a Common Law jurisdiction, with 2+ years PQE and demonstrable experience advising on fund finance matters.
• Likely to be currently practicing at a Magic Circle, Silver Circle, international or peer US firm, with a strong academic background.
• Confident in managing transactions and engaging directly with clients, with a high level of commercial awareness and solid drafting skills.
• Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing deadlines, with a proactive approach to both client service and internal teamwork.
