Real Estate Finance Senior Associate FTC

Top tier Real Estate Finance practice is looking for an Associate/Senior Associate to join on a 12+ month fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity leave starting in May/June. Hybrid working, City location within an international law firm.

Part time, 4 days/week also an option.

As an integral member of a busy team you will be covering a broad range of transaction types, including acquisitions, developments, refinancings, loan/portfolio acquisitions, loan-to-own transactions, debt buybacks and restructurings.

To be considered for this role you will be 5+ years PQE as a guide, trained at a reputable firm with subsequent experience gained in private practice and/or in-house as a dedicated Real Estate Finance Lawyer.
