Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a basic knowledge of electrical assemblies, be comfortable following technical instructions, and possess or be willing to obtain IPC certification. Experience testing RF equipment, high-power amplifiers, and associated equipment is always a massive plus.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assemble and build RF distribution products according to technical specifications and instructions.
- Perform quality checks and testing on RF equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure that manufacturing processes are of high quality to produce top-notch products.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and test results.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Location: This role requires you to work on-site at our modern manufacturing facility in Hook, 3 minutes off junction 5 of the M3. Before applying, please make sure you can commute to Unit 4, Bartley Point, Osborn Way, Hook RG27 9GX.
