Senior Legal Counsel, Listed Business, 4+PQE

This is an excellent opportunity to join a listed business that are global leaders in the manufacturing space. Reporting directly into the General Counsel, you will join a small team supporting on a varied workload, including the following:

• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of key commercial contracts
• Working across different areas of the business including HR, marketing, supply chain and procurement
• Advising on day-to-day corporate matters
• Advising on data protection matters

The successful candidate will have 4+PQE with a strong grounding from experience gained in either the corporate or commercial team of a top tier law firm. In-house experience gained within the manufacturing sector would be highly desirable. Experience of listed company corporate governance would also be highly beneficial.
