Our client is a specialist within ophthalmology, and they work in close partnership with the NHS. They have a strong team of 30+ Sales Reps who drive referrals to increase business on their territories. They have a culture of working hard but also very much protect work life balance and there is a real sense of belonging and team spirit. The company has grown very impressively in recent years due to their exceptional offering.
As a Sales Representative, you will drive sales across the Hampshire & Isle of Wight territory. Your main customer base will be Optometrists to create awareness and drive referrals into secondary care. The company has a few different offerings that you will promote through clinically led discussions where you can add real value. You will differentiate the company in a competitive market through the exceptional partnership working opportunity that are available providing positive outcomes for patients.
