A fast-growing London-based multi-family office with billions in assets under management across public and private markets is seeking a dynamic professional to join its Investor Relations and Business Development team. The firm has a highly successful Direct Private Equity program, deploying over €200M in the past four years and consistently delivering top-quartile returns. As part of its expansion, the team is raising a dedicated fund to further scale and institutionalise this strategy.

This is a unique chance to play a pivotal role in building investor relationships and driving growth. You will engage with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, and institutional investors, educating them on the firm’s top-quartile co-investment strategy and supporting fundraising efforts for its first institutional fund.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, investor relations, placement agents, or marketing within private markets.
  • Strong relationships with institutional investors (LPs) and allocators.
  • Deep understanding of private equity products, strategies, and fund structures.
  • Ability to distill complex investment strategies and communicate them effectively to investors.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present with credibility, clarity, and integrity.
  • Strong numeracy and presentation skills.
