Temporary Invoice Administrator January to April Law Firm Salary £18-23k Pro rata dependent on experience/skills plus benefits. 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK. Hybrid working Monday and Tuesday Leeds office based (Centre) Wed to Friday Home working. About the Role Peak Season for Audit Confirmations within finance runs from February to May annually and high volumes of requests are submitted for processing. This period is when the vast majority of time will be spent within the audit process. This successful candidate will assist in completing approximately 3,500 audit confirmation responses and 500 confirmation updates over the period. Key areas of responsibility are: Tracking audit letter requests received through a dedicated email inbox Initiation of the process by registered office checks and conflict checks though the Audit Request System Obtaining relevant balances through the Audit Summary Report located on Intranet and the Aderant pract…
